Metro Nashville police arrested Bradford, 27, Wednesday. Webber was shot and killed near Fisk University and the Andrew Jackson Courts apartments on Dec. 2, 2020.  North Precinct officers were nearby when they heard the shots fired and found Webber inside a black Mercedes, which crashed into a building.
