After months of challenges, uncertainties, and close calls, we have finally come to a point where we feel it is safe to return to a five day schedule for all students. Dear ICS Community,  Islesboro Central School, like so many other schools around the state, has recently experienced its first positive case of COVID-19. We followed CDC and DOE recommendations and found 29 close contacts. ICS immediately implemented full remote learning. No new cases have been identified and we remain optimistic that we have contained the spread of the coronavirus in our school community.
