Penryn-based Swamp Circus to hold fitness and wellbeing classes
A Penryn-based circus group will be holding classes across April that focus on fitness and wellbeing. CircoKernow, part of the Swamp Circus Trust, are putting on the classes, as well as other events, across April 16, 17, 18 at the Chyan Cultural Centre near Longdown. The classes will take place at 11am and 2pm and last an hour and a half, with other activities such as yoga, a rolla disco and forest school also available.
