Cineplex Canada News Today

The Superstar’s latest movie, directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, faces restricted releases and high ticket prices amidst ongoing attacks on theatres in Canada, leaving the Tamil-speaking community seeking answers and action.

Pardon?

Pardon?

If you were hoping to hit up the cinemas more often in 2024, then Cineplex has got you covered with cheap flicks and concessions. Cineplex announced that they will be offering five-dollar movies and popcorn every single Tuesday throughout the month of February.

Free popcorn? Yes, please!

It's the final stretch before spring — thank goodness! But that doesn't mean you have to wait indoors for temps to rise and the snow to melt. The worst is behind us and now it's time to make the most of the last bits of winter. Our city has so much to offer, and even if it's still freezing, you can still find the motivation to get dressed and get out. From outdoor activities to winter festivals and comfort food, here are 16 bucket list things to do in Montreal this March.

It's still icy cold outside — spring where the hell are you? — so you might prefer to spend your weekends indoors watching Netflix. We don't blame you. But because a film is always better on a huge screen with a side of buttery popcorn, Cineplex Canada has announced the return of its Family Favourites deal, offering $2.99 tickets for select family movies.

If you are planning to buy a ticket to watch a movie on weekend, pause, because Cineplex Canada is offering a free movie day across the country on Saturday.

Now through Thursday September 1, you can get discounted tickets for any and all movies playing in Cineplex theatres.

Time to shift your plans Canada, because Cineplex is having a buy-one-get-one sale this weekend. If there's a movie you've been wanting to watch, grab a friend and some popcorn and enjoy the silver screen for a whole lot cheaper.
