Wednesday marked the Walmart's first day open since the deadly mass shooting in November.

The renovated store includes new displays, signs and a memorial honoring those killed in the November shooting.

The memorial and its belongings are in a storage facility for now. A Walmart spokesperson gave no timeline for when it will return.

Walmart has asked a Virginia court to toss three lawsuits linked to a deadly mass shooting at its Chesapeake supercenter in November.

News 3 is hearing from some of the employees and shoppers who were at Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake Saturday night when a reported shooting in the parking lot prompted an evacuation.

The investigators have opened an online questionnaire where people have been asked to provide as much detail as possible about their belongings by Feb. 7.

Mike Kafka, spokesperson for Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, said the two remaining patients injured in the Nov. 22 Walmart shooting had been discharged as of Monday night.
