a small town in texas is banding together after a destructive and deadly ef-3 tornado ripped through their town. this morning help is coming from across the state and from neighboring states. the cleanup process will be extensive. some 200 homes were damaged by the twister. it s something the state s governor says he has never seen. i have seen more tornados than i can count. i have never seen the level of decimation to a town as i have seen today. i was humbled by the citizens of this town. the families that just lost everything, they were not sitting on the curb waiting for somebody to help them. they were in the middle of cleanup within hours after the storm passed. but this morning the question on many residents minds is why didn t they hear the city s
