It’s the latest accusation against Shelby County Clerk Wanda Halbert as the investigation into her offices operations continues.

This week, Mick Wright submitted a 20-page formal complaint with 25 witness interview recommendations and 20 itemized complaints to a Tennessee District Attorney who is investigating Shelby County Clerk Wanda Halbert.

The commissioner sent the complaint to Hamilton County District Attorney Coty Wamp, who is investigating Shelby County Clerk Wanda Halbert and her office.
