There are two problems here. one is the technical issue that there is no excuse for it. they didnt get the website right. they wrote a law that allowed 16 different websites to be created. hundreds of millions of dollars. thats the federal one and 15 state ones. and they got that wrong. theres a private sector set of website that they could be used for free without paying the taxpayer. and hes not choosing those private websites. full disclosure. one is my client ehealth.com. the technical probl...
