Jana Small Finance Bank has 771 branches in 22 states and 2 UTs, with ~49 lakhs customers and ~20,000 employees. The banks customer base has grown by ~3 lakhs in the first 6 months of this financial year. The banks growth rate as on Sep23 Y-o-Y basis was 42.39% on assets and 33.66% on deposits.

Ahead of the offer, shares of Jana SFB are trading with a premium of Rs 80, and Capital Small Finance Bank is fetching a GMP of Rs 47. Jana SFB has priced the Rs 570-crore IPO at Rs 414 at the upper end, Capital SFB has fixed a price band of Rs 468.
