A by-election is set to replace a Bolton councillor who will be resigning to join one of the region’s main health bodies.

A LITTERING hotspot has been branded as “disgusting” by a concerned resident. A section of Adelaide Street, in Daubhill, near Sunnyside residential home, has been littered with rubbish and used for drug dealing and taking for many years, according to one resident, who is concerned for his parents, who have lived on the road for many years.
