A chilly, but quiet weekend awaits Western New York. Veterans Day will feature clouds, and limited sun, but highs only in the lower 40s. Sunday will be brighter, but still chilly.

Our warm weather continues today, but it will be breezy. A cold front will bring rain and a few storms Friday. Behind this system, it'll be cooler this weekend.

An area of low pressure will give us the chance for scat. showers and a few storms today. Sat. night into early Sun., a cold front will bring a chance for a few strong to severe storms.

Don't blink or you might miss the cooldown... Warmer weather returns tomorrow along with wind, clouds, and even some rain chances. Best rain chances will be overnight Friday into early Saturday.

A few left over light showers are possible this morning. Tuesday afternoon and evening, a strong cold front will bring rain and thunderstorms. A few of those storms could be strong to severe.

Despite the freezing start, we are warming on up. Afternoon highs will top out in the mid 60s with a mixture of sun and clouds.
