Several waves of rain and storms are possible today and tonight. Some of those storms could be strong to severe with damaging winds, hail, tornadoes & heavy downpours possible. Stay Weather Aware!

Despite afternoon sunshine, temperatures will stay below average. Rain chances increase Friday into Saturday.

An area of low pressure will track along the gulf coast. This system will send a lot of clouds our way with just a few sprinkles possible. A better chance for rain arrives Friday night into Saturday.

Winds will increase out of our south, gusting 20-25 mph. Late Afternoon, rain chances increase. However, accumulations will stay low.

The pleasant humidity levels will stick around again today with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Enjoy, the 90s will be back for the weekend.

Mother's Day will be on the warm side with highs in the mid 80s along with humid conditions and chances for scattered storms.

Humidity levels are going back up, and that will give us a chance for showers and thunderstorms for the end of the week and through the week.

The low pressure and cold front will move east, but a few showers are still possible this afternoon. Another system may squeeze out a few showers Saturday.

The spring equinox is at 4:24 this afternoon, but there will be another freeze warning for tonight. By Thursday, highs will be near 80.
