A criminal investigation into a horror boat crash in Cape Cod that killed 17-year-old lacrosse star, Sadie Mauro, has been launched - but no arrests have been made so far.

A boat crash into a jetty off Cape Cod last month that resulted in the death of a 17-year-old girl is now the focus of a criminal investigation, the local district Attorney has announced.

Friday's celebration of life was being held at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Sherborn at 10 a.m. Family, friends and community members were invited.

The crash happened Friday night when a boat hit a jetty. The 17-year-old was initially missing, but her body was later recovered.
