The Bloomington man who walked out of court before the verdict could be read in his murder trial over a fatal overdose was finally sentenced on Thursday.

A Minnesota man who walked out of court in March before a Hennepin County judge read his verdict on murder charges has been arrested by the FBI in Michigan.  

Michael Harlan was convicted of murder last week and walked out of a Minnesota courtroom before the verdict was read, according to authorities.

Michael Harlan, 28, of Bloomington, Minnesota was found guilty of third-degree murder Thursday, but fled the courthouse before he could hear the judge read the verdict.
