Couple's pandemic rescue is a rare find
‘BELIEVE’—Anna Penner and Colin Storm rescued a dog at the outset of the pandemic. They’d expected to meet a sheltie but instead adopted Teddy, a Norwegian lundehund— one of the rarest breeds in the world. Lundehunds have six toes and were bred to hunt puffins. He is named after Ted Lasso the TV character. A
