Collapse Rescue Task News Today

Emergency crews were notified Tuesday afternoon of a vacant building that collapsed late Monday night on Missouri Avenue. The neglected property is a long-standing issue and an eyesore in the neighborhood, according to the local residents.

St. Louis firefighters are currently at the scene of a partial building collapse in the 3900 block of South Grand Avenue.

The men say they were working on the demolition of the garage when a breeze came through. One has severe injuries to his leg.
