A former principal awarded an OBE for services to Special Education has sadly passed away at home on Wednesday. Colm Davis retired from his position as head teacher of at Tor Bank School, Dundonald, in 2017, a year after he was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease when the condition took away his ability to speak.
