Despite Andrews behavior being suspicious, hes one of the few characters that doesnt start fights for petty reasons, and has thus appeared mostly sympathetic until now. Theres little action this episode, as the disastrous results of Sae-boms ad-hoc madness rabies test has killed the mood for trying to identify infected people. Consequently, the conflict turns passive-aggressive, with people skulking around outside Se-hoons door demanding he hand out more of his food. Se-hoon (played by Han Joon-woo) lives on the penthouse floor of the quarantined apartment complex. Hes the guy who asked Sae-bom for an authentic special forces jacket. His character hasnt really been very important so far- although last episode he did make a special effort to vouch for Andrew (played by Lee Joo-seung) who had been confirmed as infected with madness rabies. The opening flashback shows that Colonel Hans return to the military was actually relatively recent. Hardly six months ago he was still Director Han, working in the private sector. More disturbingly, this flashback makes it clear that Colonel Han has always known that madness rabies derives from the Next drug.
