I hope the members will understand the message that were sending to communities of color in this bill and rectify some of the problems. You have a chance to reject further institutionization of any quality and injustice and recognize how painful these cuts will be to people of color and women. By now weve seen the reports in the resulting collapse of section i85 northeast of atlanta. This is a critically important piece of our system which carries over 400,000 cars a day.
