Small business bills. state fiscal relief. so -- it is not like there was a stimulus and thats it. and i have a hard time really imagining getting the unemployment rate down as far as noam suggested. definitely missed opportunities. one thing thai found in the earlier discussion that i disagree with is that if you had gone and campaigned pro-stimulus in 2010 in some of the states that you were talking about, one of the problems we had is that we passed a sometime lusz, unemployment rate went up....
