Surrounding a coup against the vice president and against the congress. well tell the story of each dimension of this attack on american democracy. the american people have not yet seen all of the evidence laid out in this way. so were going to have hearings for the american people, which i hope will seem somewhat like the watergate hearings did, in that they will be a daily occurrence so people can follow the unfolding narrative and well give america a report and congress a report about what ha...

And the president is sounding very defensive. he clearly, for all hes showing, a lot of bravado, hes clearly upset by the situation hes in. i thought his tweet today where he said what gives nancy pelosi the right to impeach the president of the united states with a small majority. and the answer, of course, is the constitution, which gives the house the sole power of impeachment. in a profound sense, the president has not gotten his hands around the degree to which power changed in congress a y...

Lying to congress. i want to go back to pete williams. lets go back to the beginning of what you were saying, pete, because we interrupted you. >> sure. significant thing number one, it shows he is continuing to cooperate. i just got the letter, the plea deal from cohen to the government here. its many pages long. im just trying to see if it says what hes -- it looks to me like its the usual kind of thing that is -- sets forth all his rights but doesnt really tell us what he has agreed to plead ...

Attack the trump administration. i dont see any calls to find out who each member of congress a has met with. >> jason -- gentleman jason. >> this is totally hypocritical. absolutely hypocritical. >> i feel sorry for you to have to defend the inagainstble again. i worked in the clinton white house. i remember when people in the republican party were attacking hillary clinton, attacking them about the people who were meeting with hillary clinton and bill clinton. now for republicans to come into ...

Another momentous day on capitol hill. plan a, blown apart. the vote didnt take place last night. and after a couple hours of considering his options, the president gave congress a take-it or leave-it option. so this morning everybody is looking at congress and trying to figure out exactly what they are going to do. willie, the freedom caucus has to decide whether to cave to donald trump or whether they are going to hold firm. and a lot of people believe that theres much riding on this, includin...

Debate it, then vote. i think when democrats are walking a fine like of obstructionist, its against president trump and the american people. americans realize that donald trump won the election. they want him to stand up his government. what we saw in wisconsin dr. krauthammer mentioned this, another lesson from wisconsin, if you recall, wisconsin state sen nors because they didnt want a quorum, fled the state, went away for weeks. but they timely came back. wisconsin hasnt forgotten what obstru...
