WESH 2 obtained a new video of when investigators told a murder suspect about his daughter’s death and the 911 call.

The State filed a Notice of Intent to Seek the Death Penalty for 36-year-old Domenico Gigante for each of the First-Degree Premeditated Murders of 63-year-old Glenda Terwilliger, 35-year-old Constance Terwilliger, 15-year-old Kiarra Terwilliger and 36-year-old Michael Watson on March 1, 2023.

Domenico Gigante was arrested March 1 by Brevard County Sheriffs Office deputies after the shooting deaths inside a home on Alan Shepard Avenue.

A Florida man could possibly face the death penalty in the alleged killings of four people, including his daughter and his former girlfriend, inside a home in Cocoa.

He had "expressed frustrations regarding the situation with his biological daughter and her family, and stated, 'I guess I'm going to go over there and kill them all.'"
