Yeah. heres why. theres very little nchgs. i think the mayor said it best himself in his last news conference which there are many things we dont know. the reason is becausemanifests. this is not a perfect science. it was just a station prior to this incident. they just dont know who might have missed the train, who might not have who might not have a scanned ticket. so theyre coordinating manifests between the train, the hospitals, and then believe it or not, theyre just appealing to the public...
