I mean both as a board of supervisors, as the board of education to really say this is a prime site in a prime neighborhood, residential neighborhood near transit. It just would make sense that we move on that. And i couldnt agree more, and its interesting every single time we have a hearing that mentions the word Surplus Property this is the only time that 14 neighbors havent come out that their desire is this to remain Public Open Space forever so that will take some partnerships and a brave developer who wants to take on that fight but i think we would be anxious to partner with somebody on that.
