Hubballi: Police are still clueless about the dacoits who struck at the house of a businessman and decamped with cash and valuables worth Rs 70 lakh h.

DCP Dharmendra Singh Bhadoriya said the type of the weapon is almost known but investigations are underway in the case. The person who fired the bullet is still unidentified.

Though the local police have claimed to have intensified patrolling to keep a check on such incidents, thefts are taking place at regular intervals.

According to the police, the family members of the girl, named Neetu Thareja, a resident of the Ambedkar Nagar area, informed the police that Neetu had gone to attend a Satsang in the area around 8.30 am on June 12 after which she did not come back home.
