Corey Smith inflicted severe injuries on his girlfriend and her friend. But now hes not so sure he should have pleaded guilty.

He stabbed his ex-girlfriend multiple times and inflicted a severe wound on the woman who was trying to shelter her from him.

Friend she was staying with was also stabbed after man burst into home.

Police say he carried out attack after smashing his way into Decatur residence.
