At least six arrests have been made in a heroin trafficking operation in Monroe. Investigations by the Metro Narcotics Unit, Monroe Police Department and Ouachita Parish Sheriffs Office have led to the arrest of a man investigators say has been bringing heroin from the New Orleans area in addition to multiple people who have been known to sell the narcotic.
