BOSTON (Legal Newsline) — A man convicted of a 1984 murder who spent decades in prison is now suing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for failing to turn over the evidence that exonerated him.

The plaintiff pedestrian was hit by a plow truck in Tewksbury. The case was handled by two separate firms, one owned by a professor and the other by a student, of New England Law Boston.
