Lee Teck Loong pleaded guilty before Sessions Court Judge Noor Hafizah Mohd Salim to two charges against her, Monday. On the first count, Lee was fined RM1,000 or 14 days’ jail for having for sale two types of unregistered products at 4pm on Nov 7, 2017 at the Kedai Ubat Ria, Telipok, near here. ADVERTISEMENT The offence under Regulation 7 (1)(a) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetic Regulations 1984 carries a jail term of up to three years, or a fine of up to RM50,000 or both, upon conviction.

Sessions Court Judge Elsie Primus handed the sentence to Abdul Rahman Mohd Din who pleaded guilty to the two charges against him on Thursday. On the first count, Abdul was fined RM3,000 or three months’ jail for having 13 unregistered products at 12.10pm on Sept 11, 2019 at Alief Trading in Goshen town, Kota Marudu. ADVERTISEMENT Among the products were Clobetamil G, Clariderm, BabyFace, BL Cream and Freshcare. The offence under Regulation 7 (1)(a) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetic Regulations 1984 carries a jail term of up to three years, or a fine of up to RM50,000 or both, on conviction.
