Amongst the successful applications were Far East Consortium’s applications for a section of the £4bn Victoria North masterplan, which will deliver 4,801 residences.

The charity has unveiled proposals to bring the Gorton site back into active use with plans to create 282 homes, two sports pitches, and a youth, sports, and community hub between Mount Road and Wembley Road.

Part of the £4bn Victoria North masterplan, the developer is seeking full planning permission to create 1,550 homes off Dantzic Street, as well as outline permission for a further 3,250 houses in the area.  

The agency has been tasked with working on public communications, PR and providing strategic advice.

The business said it "identified a gap in the market" for a PR consultancy in the Yorkshire region.
