According to the National Real Estate Development Corporation (NAREDCO) nearly 4.35 lakh units were completed in the top 7 cities in 2023, with expectations of a significant increase this year.

Of the 149 plots, 37 were allotted to the information technology sector, 12 to the commercial segment, 11 were group housing plots and 89 were in the industrial category.

County Group plans to invest over Rs 5,000 crore in the development of the ultra-luxury residential apartment complex Ivory County in Sector 115, Noida. The project will consist of 2372 units, developed in three phases, with a revenue potential of Rs 7,500 crore. The project is aimed at luxury and ultra-luxury end-users.

The group said it expects a sales realisation of approximately Rs 7,500 crore from the project wherein the investment would be done via self-funding, bank financing and customer advances for bookings.

The project, that will have 2,372 luxury apartments, has a revenue potential of Rs 7,500 crore approximately. The ticket price of smallest apartment will be approximately Rs 3 crore while the largest ultra-luxury apartment is likely to cost around Rs 12 crore approximately.

It will have a total of 2,372 units on offer and will be developed in three distinct phases in the next five years.
