The exchange will give the county more effective use of its property and provide Cramer Beach Properties an access off Gulf Boulevard.  The Cramers — Bill, and sons Will and Chris — recently acquired 25 acres on Panama City Beach Parkway (Back Beach Road) for a possible dealership. The purchase is one of the largest land purchases on Back Beach Road in the past 30 years.
