Natural Lands announced the finalization of four conservation easements on 102 acres of the iconic property in Westtown Township.

Natural Lands established the easements to preserve the land in Westtown Township, Chester County, Pa., that was considered threatened by development.

The agreement of sale to Natural Lands has been okayed. All thats needed now is to pay for it. That will require voter approval on Nov. 8.

Most of the 309-acre Crebilly Farm will be preserved as open space. That will give this Westtown farmstead house for sale one huge backyard.
