Help and guidance for providers carrying out work from 1 October under the 2022 Standard Crime Contract.

We are introducing a new dedicated email service especially for crime providers to help with associated civil JR applications in custody time limit cases.

Rollout of the Standard Crime Contract 2022 will change the scope of pre-charge engagement for cases that start on or after 1 October 2022.

2022 crime contracts are now being uploaded into Contracted Work and Administration and we have published duty solicitor membership lists starting 1 October.

We will shortly be inviting organisations whose 2022 Standard Crime Contract bids have completed verification to provide details of their duty solicitors.

Applicants with offers to deliver work under the 2022 Standard Crime Contract need to submit verification information by 11.59pm on 27 March 2022.
