Embracer has entered an agreement to sell Gearbox Interactive to Take-Two for $460m.

A good few months after a sale was first reported to be on the table, Embracer has now confirmed the sale of Gearbox Entertainment to Take-Two Interactive

Gearbox is leaving Embracer, as their parent company has announced they will divest most of the company to Take-Two Interactive.
