Theres an inconvenient truth for the negative story on consumers with savings. the story weve all heard in the middle of the last decade savings went negative and really set us up for this recession. lo and behold they revised the numbers and there was no negative savings rate, it went down but it stayed positive. so what that means nor today that savings doesnt need to go negative in order to have some consumer spending, okay? >> you can spend money. you dont have to go into the hole for it. >>...
