In the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiffs Dallas Nibert, Nika Hettlinger, and Crews & Nibert, D.D.S., Inc. against defendants B&D Dental Equipment Liquidations Inc. and Jeffrey W. Brown.
