It has been nearly a week since a man was arrested for setting a Lakeland food pantry on fire and causing the destruction of Thanksgiving meals for thousands of families.

A week before Thanksgiving, the New Testament Ministries food pantry was intentionally set on fire; all of their supplies were destroyed.

The owner said he provides free food to up to 2,000 families a month.
