It’s been nine months since a gunman traveled to Buffalo and murdered ten people at the Tops Market on Jefferson Avenue. On Wednesday the gunman faces sentencing in State Supreme Court.

A man in the Tampa Bay area has been arrested after being accused of kidnapping, robbery and rape in several different cases around the area.

Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office are searching for additional people who may have been victimized by an accused serial kidnapper.
