The National Toshaos Council (NTC) and the Iwokrama International Centre for Rain Forest Conservation and Development (Iwokrama) on Monday announced their collaboration in supporting the Council’s mentorship to Indigenous villages and communities to prepare Village Sustainability Plans (VSPs).

Atta Rainforest Lodge, Caiman House Eco Lodge, Iwokrama River Lodge, Karanambu Eco Lodge and Rewa Eco Lodge on Tuesday all received their Green Destination award and certificate from the Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA).These five local destinations we
