Serial arsonist Daniel Askew has been jailed after setting fires in roads and hotels in Norwich.

The 35-year-old set light to piles of rubbish in toilet blocks in both King’s Lynn and Dereham in a bid to keep warm.

Two men on Friday dropped a lawsuit they filed last June alleging Topekas Frito-Lay plant maintained a hostile and racist environment, while a third plaintiff in that case continues to pursue that suit. Attorneys representing Frito-Lay and plaintiffs Antonio Pead and Daniel Askew filed a joint stipulation of dismissal Friday in federal court.
