By KTOK News Jan 13, 2021 A temporary restraining order on Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitts executive order requiring bars to close at 11:00 p.m. is being extended. An Oklahoma County judge has extended the restraining order to July 6th. Redneck Yacht Club owner Daniel Capps brought a lawsuit challenging the executive order, and Judge Susan Stallings temporarily restrained the governor from enforcing the 11:00 p.m. closing time.
