The Ontario Christian High student who was accused of plotting to shoot up the school and murder classmates pleaded no contest to one count of witness intimidation. He was released from custody pending sentencing.

A hearing is scheduled for May 30 in Superior Court in Rancho Cucamonga. The defendant has so far pleaded not guilty to all charges.

A jury in found Angel Martine McIntire guilty of one count of voluntary manslaughter and acquitted him of two counts of first-degree murder. McIntire was arrested in 2022 after a nearly two-year investigation into the disappearance of Diana Perez Gonzalez.
