MUBI has today announced the launch of its first ever original podcast. The new audio series, simply titled
MUBI Podcast, will be a documentary-style look at the world of cinema, with contributions from filmmakers, critics, academics and historians. Published weekly, the first episode is set to premiere on June 3, with five more to follow.
The podcast will be hosted by arts and travel reporter Rich Gagliano of the
Wall Street Journal and will follow a different theme each season. The first, titled
