Three men named in a lawsuit against Chi Alpha Ministries in College Station were arrested Thursday for alleged indecency with a child, according to Brazos County Jail records.

The suit alleges that Johnson and three others allowed church youth, including the minor victim, to be around a known sex offender.

A Tyler man has been arrested on a child indecency charge. William Johnson, 23, who is connected with Texas A&Ms Chi Alpha ministry and a suit filed in January, was booked into the Brazos County Jail on Thursday on a charge of indecency with a child by exposure.

Ryan Hoffart, 25, Otto “Bo” Randolph, 30, and William Johnson, 23, have each been charged with indecency with a child, exposure, according to jail records. Hoffart also has been charged

A fourth man, Alex Owens, is named in the lawsuit. He also has a warrant out for his arrest, but law enforcement have not been able to find him.
