A Hays High School employee was accused of having an improper relationship with a student and arrested Thursday.

Spectrum told NewsWatch 12 that the outages were caused by weather-related damage to multiple fiber lines.

Spectrum said its outages along the West Coast have been resolved. Spectrum told NewsWatch 12 there were multiple fiber breaks.

Danielle Dunn told NewsWatch 12 police are investigating the outages. She also said the vandalism did not happen in Jackson County.

Residents in Klamath Falls are without Spectrum services due to damages to a third party’s fiber optic cables.
