According to a memo provided by county attorney Kyra Ladd, she identified several issues with personnel policy that do not meet Fair Labor Standards Act rules and regulations.

With the search for the new county administrator combined with the pending levy budget to approve the county board learned about additional items that needed to be addressed.

The program is aimed at new primary residence single- and two-family units to address the housing shortage in Wadena County.
