Deputies have identified a suspect who they believe fatally shot and set fire to a man near Leesburg.

Deputies believe he lured the victim to a vacant lot for a robbery but he wouldn't make it out alive, according to an arrest report.

A Leesburg man who deputies said has ties with a national gang was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service on Sunday.
