Galesburg Township Assessor and longtime owner of Midwest Appraisals Steven W. Daly passed away on Tuesday at the age of 63. Daly was appointed Township Assessor in 2016 by the Galesburg City Council following the retirement of Darrell Lovell who had been in the position for 30 years.
