Poplar day care center under state investigation following infant death
A parent's worst nightmare became a reality for Wanda and Kent Paulsen of Lake Nebagamon. Their three-month-old baby, Kassidy Marie Paulsen, died after being put down for a nap at Barnyard Buddies Child Care Center in Poplar.
